Those are necessary in order that you can receive the confirm of the joining into your e-mail account. Instead, the following data are optionals: the link of your website, a comment for me/the listing/or everything you want.
[3] Take a look to the CODES page. Those buttons MUST BE PLACED ON YOUR WEBSITE (if you have one) before you join. However, it's an optional step.
[4] After the joining, wait for the confirmation e-mail. Do not reply to it, because it's generated automatically from my server. Instead, if you wish to make me some questions just send it to my address.
